This major V&A exhibition uses music, fashion and political messages from the time to help recreate a world of optimism, riot and aspiration.
Visitors are given a musical lesson on the likes of Jimi Hendrix and The Who as well as a historical look in to The Paris Protests of 1968, World Fairs, and Woodstock 1969.

Undressed: A Brief History of Underwear
Until 12th March 2017
This exhibition explores the relationship between underwear and fashion from the 18th century to the present day. How has underwear shaped our views on the female form, or our ideas of luxury and royalty? This is an interesting and unique look into a secretive world of undergarments that will take you through history and under the dress.
There are more than 200 items in this exhibition, including 18th-century ‘stays’ that working women wore as well as 200 years’ worth of bras and corsets. Each item covers notions of practicality, sexuality, morality and beauty.
