Al Qusais or Al Gusais (Arabic: اﻟﻘﺼﻴﺺ ) is a large community in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). It is located in the Deira area of east Dubai. Al Qusais borders the localities of Hor Al Anz and Al Twar and is further subdivided into residential (Al Qusais) and industrial (Al Qusais Industrial Area) localities.
The Green line (one of the two lines on the Dubai Metro network) has five of its stations situated in Al Qusais. The ‘Etisalat’ depot station has a parking area which can house 60 trains. Al Qusais Station, Airport Free Zone, Al Nahda and Stadium are the other metro stations. Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport is two minutes’ drive from the Airport Free Zone metro station. Al Qusais also has an extensive bus service and taxi services provided by the RTA.
Al Qusais houses several small and large supermarkets and department stores.
Al Mulla plaza is the first large shopping centre in Al Qusais and one of the oldest shopping centre in Dubai. It is an important landmark in the city. The Dubai Police Museum is located at Al Mulla Plaza which opened on November 19, 1987. It comprises three exhibit halls, as well as documenting anti-drug efforts of the police force, and the force’s prison systems. On November 19, 1987, the International Council of Museums placed the museum on the record of Arab Museums.

Early Check-in
Check in before 06:00 Am -100% of the room charges; between 06:00 – 12:00 noon 50% of the room charges; After 12:00 noon, Free of Charge, subject to availability (Off/Low peak season)
Late Check-out
Check out after 12:00 – 06:00 pm, 50% of the room charges, subject to availability after 6pm, 100% of the room rate to be charged; Subject to room availability only.
Early Check out
The guest or company is requested to give at least 48 hours notification period, otherwise 2 extra nights to be charged accordingly as per the agreed rates.
Cancellation
One Nights’ charge will be applicable, if the reservation is not cancelled or changed before 48 hours.
No-Show
1night charge will be applicable for no-show
Extra Bed
One Adult or one child is charged AED 150 per unit per night in an extra bed. The maximum number of extra bed / cribs in a room is one only.
Child Policy
Less than 5.99 year can be accommodated free of charge with Parents within existing bed. Baby cot can be provided, subject to availability.
Between 5.99 and 10.99 years, stay free with Parents within existing bed, Meal Charges apply
Child Breakfast @AED25 per meal
Above 10.99 years will be considered as Adult regardless extra bed to be charged.
Extra bed for child is @AED100 net rate per unit per night
Meal Policy

Children above 11 years will be considered as Adult and will be charged full rate.
Meal rates are not included in the contracted rates and will be charged directly to the guest unless the guest’s name and number of children accompanying them appear on the issued voucher.
Pre-authorization Information
In the case that a guest’s room is to be paid by another party’s credit card that will not be attending the hotel. A pre-authorization form is required to be filled out by the credit card holder allowing Fortune Plaza Hotel to use the credit card for the specified charges. The hotel reservation will be able to email or fax the form to be filled out at your request.
