The spacious entrance lobby surrounds you with an aura of warmth and a friendly welcome. The decor leans towards sleek materials and earthy palettes with bold colour splashes. The spatial layout, furniture, and carpets have been meticulously designed to give each space its own character. The hotel is located in the midst of the bustling ambiance that surrounds the Dubai Investments Park (DIP), Dubai. Its proximity to the new Al Maktoum International Airport, the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority (JAFZA), and the Expo 2020 site makes the property a favored option for both business and leisure-travelers. A total of 114 keys catering to all needs and types of guests, this new Boutique Hotel hosts a mix of Executive Suites (4 per floor), Junior Suites (6 per floor), Double Rooms (14 per floor), Twin Rooms (14 per floor), and special arrangements are also made for physically disabled guests.
Larger than traditional four star rated boutique hotels, the 450 sq ft rooms reflect the earthy palette in shades of cream and brown. The contemporary furniture sits well alongside a touch of ethnic detail such as partition screens inspired by traditional Arabic motifs. Carpeted floors add warmth, while the bathroom complete with walk-in showers offer comfort. The fabric artwork over the bed has been customized and handcrafted especially for the Fortune Park Hotel. The lively, cheerful and peppy colours refresh the mind after a productively long day. Automation and technology runs parallel to the design of the room, all rooms have IPTV’s, and all rooms incorporate sofa-cum-beds to conveniently host additional guests / children; easily allowing the space to be converted into a family room without unrequited shifting of furniture.

Language
The official language of the UAE is Arabic. However, English is the most common, followed by Hindi and Farsi. Currency
The monetary unit in Dubai and the rest of the UAE is the Dirham (AED or Dhs), which is divided into 100 fils. The dirham is pegged to the US dollar at $1=Dh 3.67. Most shopping malls, tourist destinations and hotels have ATM machines and also accept certain foreign currencies. Credit cards are accepted in shops, restaurants and hotels.
Climate
Dubai has a sub-tropical climate with temperatures as low as 10 degrees Celsius in winter and rising to above 40 degrees Celsius in summer. The hottest months are between June and September, when temperatures can soar to 45°C and more during the day. In addition, humidity levels are very high. The city enjoys blue skies and sunshine all year round.
